My AC is having an issue with a "hissing" noise as i turn on the AC.

When I turn just the Air on with no AC, there is no hissing noise but as soon as i turn AC on the hissing noise gets louder. Vise versa when I turn the AC off the hissing noise fades away.

Based on my little research it could be: Expansion valve, AC compressor, or air duct system foam seal leak?

If anyone can help pinpoint the issue so I can order the necessary parts that would be appreciated. Thank you!

Here is my video that visibly shows the issue:

Check the refrigerant levels, might be low.
