AC nob lighting help

Alright, so i know there is a fuse popped but im looking through the manual and not really finding much information on it. Whatever fuse it may be is controlling the back lights to the stereo buttons, the ac nobs, and my license plate lights. The interior ones im not freaking out about but i really need those damn license plate ones. If anyone could help that would be great. Sorry for the repeated question but most people just say its a bulb.
