System has never been opened. Does anyone know what the low high should be for specs?
    Thanks

all of the pressures are ambient temperature sensitive... there are pressure / temperature charts for all the Freon types that are manufactured.
A good baseline for R134a is with the compressor off and the system equalized the system pressure should be equal to the ambient temperature. 70 degrees outside, the H and L in the system should be approximately 70 psi.

The high does look high and low does look low. I have a feeling you have a blockage/expansion valve issue.

I replaced my entire system Condenser, receiver/drier, expansion valve, evaporator, compressor, all lines, and with my clutch fan at idle sitting still in 95+ degree weather my temp sadly stays around 55-60 and if on recirculating it can drop to 49-55. When moving it drops down to around 40. When the temp outside is around 70-80 the temp can drop below 32 though haha.

I think it's the design of the system unfortunately. Not enough air past the condenser due to the clutch fan. If you switched to all electric fans with a relay to turn on when the AC is on you would see a good difference. I just cant justify spending $400 bucks on it and the hassle I hear from the electric fans if they fail.
