I have pulled the relay and use a wire from battery to the wire that feeds the clutch, I could see the clutch turn

The clutch is probably shot. The blinking light means that the clutch was powered, but the compressor is not turning or is turning too slow with respect to the engine RPM.

Turn it on and make sure that the center shaft of the compressor is turning along with the outer pulley when on. If it is it could be a slipping belt, but that usually makes noise and smoke. The pick up sensor mounted on the compressor could also be defective.

The cure for the binking light on mine ended up being a bad AC amplifier. You may find there are many things that can cause that light to blink as I did after all the reading I did to get mine back up and running . I found the search tool and Google to be my best assistant for diagnostics
