My AC has been acting up lately. It works normal sometimes. But most of the time, it only blows cold air on High... If I try to switch the control to Medium High, Medium Low or Low, it doesn't work at all. It blows a little bit of air, but nothing cold or with any force.

It's starting to get hot here in SoCal, and my lady doesn't like it when I'm blasting that AC on High all the time... Hey, I'm not gonna suffer, just because she's getting too cold. LOL

Is there a HVAC filter that may be clogged up? Or is this something more related to a malfunctioning switch? Someone at my work said it might be something called a climate control unit that is going bad...

    I drive a 2005 PreRunner Double Cab 4.0Lit V6.

Thanks Whippersnapper02. That was quick... Is that Blower Motor Resistor easy to change out. And if so, where is it?

NelsonTacoma, is that a picture of your truck? Nice Truck! I have the exact same truck, same color, same wheels, same everything...

I'm wondering if it's better to get that resistor from the Toyota dealer, or from an AutoZone? I know any auto parts store will be way cheaper, but I've always tried to use genuine Toyota parts. And, for anything electrical, that might be the wise choice.
