AC Pro Easy Job

    If you have lost some of the refrigerant but not all of it, a re-charge can will work until it leaks out again. This depends entirely on how fast the leak is.
    The reason is because if the system is completely discharged, a vacuum needs to be pulled on it, which the "A/C pro" can cannot do.

    As I'm sure you've heard before, all A/C systems will leak a little bit over time. Some systems leak less than others based on quality of the seals.
