I’ve been having this issue recently and was wondering if anyone else has had it.
But AC blows cold just fine but won’t blow hot air unless I’m ripping on the highway. So I know it can blow hot and I’ve checked the coolant but just normal driving around the city it won’t heat up.
Anyone had the same issue / know what could be causing it.

Might also want to check your coolant level and make sure you don’t have any leaks, if it’s too low you won’t get a lot circulating through the heater core IIRC.

I have a 4cyl so mine doesn’t move too great at idle but I’m assuming you have a v6?

Does your blower move air well with the different fan speed settings when set to cool or with the AC on? The blower motor resistors are a bit of a weak point and sometimes fail.
