Acceleration Hesitation & Shutter

Good morning y'all, to give some context, I have a 2021 SR5 2wd with 65,600 miles with no mods. Whenever I let go of the gas, to slow down the rpms fluctuate, like its down shifting. As its coming to a stop it down shifts aggressively and ends with a shake. Now when I accelerate, the rpms go up and shifts aggressively and you can physically feel the truck shift. Now I've cleaned the body throttle as a first step, nothing really changed. I'd like to hear any tips or tricks that I could do at home prior to taking it somewhere. Thanks a lot!
