What is the acceptable CCA #'s for a battery before replacement?
The other night I was adjusting my headlights, and after 10 mins of them being left on with the trick off my battery had dropped down enough juice, that it wouldn't start and I needed a jump.
Battery is most likely original, 13' model yr and 100k miles, so I figured it was close to worn out and needed a replace.
The guy at advanced auto tested the battery before replacing and told me I was fine, and a new battery is not needed.

The starter and alternator came back as good as well.

So at what cca # do I need to worry?

It's less Tacoma and more mod
It's not really a function of CCA that determines longevity. I'd say that if you were able to drain it past starting point with only 10mins of headlight use it was already on thin ice.

I figured the battery was old and was down on power. I was totally okay with that considering its age, and was ready to buy a new battery. However, they're testing computer screwed up my thoughts. If I owned the auto parts store I would have the tester rigged so that any battery even close would recommend replacing where is they talked me out of buying a new battery.

Ditch it an get a new one, doesn't matter which one you get, there are only 3 major battery manufacturers here.

2013 model year = ~5 year old battery, you got your monies worth, don't be a dick and get stuck somewhere with nobody to jump you.

Did you also leave the key in the on-position? That would have drained the battery quicker. According to autobatteries.com, your minimum CCA is 710; receipt shows you have 630. And 4-5 years is what I got on my 07.

I got ~3-4yrs out of my stock 2013 battery down in Georgia. Literally took my truck in to get tires installed and the tire place checked my battery that read about the same...like 620cca or somewhere. Within 4 months it died. Lucky enough I was carrying a self-jumper at the time and it wasn’t an issue.

100k (and 5 years) is very good life out of the battery, I'd change it just to be safe. Just so you're not stranded when you're not at home and it dies.
