I have an 06 Tacoma Access Cab, and after it was slammed shut when it was half open and the passenger door was slammed (brother and friend being stupid) it now will not open. Any ideas what to do, does the panel come off when the door is closed? Please help!

Try pushing the door closed while squeezing the handle to open the door. It's probably just jammed on the latch mechanism.

Is there anything inside the truck pushing outward on the door?

I just did new speakers in mine and now the doors are finicky too...
    Try this:
stand by the door with a hand on the handle...as you squeeze the handle push the door frame, by the weatherstripping, toward the back of the truck...sometimes you have to wiggle and try a few times...but it should go.
Once you do get it open, pull the skin off to have a look at what is wrong in there...

It's like the handle isnt hooked up. I pulled the weather stripping and you can see when you pull the handle it's is supposed to pull on something else and that something else is pushed back and not moving...
