Has anyone addressed why Toyota does not offer an Access Cab model with the Limited options...? I like the Access Cab body style, however, they don't offer that body style with the limited options... It is my only delay in purchasing this new truck... Trying to find if there is a dealership that will provide those options... Can anyone provide an options?

Oh yeah, none of the options I want are vehicle size limitation issues
