I moved my current front speakers to the rear of my truck this past week...and one thing i noticed was that there is a HUGE (8"x8") cutout in the sheet metal covered by a flimsy plastic sheet and foam.

From a sound quality standpoint, using the doors to simply house a 6.5" mid-bass....what have you guys (and girls) done about this?

I know some people have the panels from extreme creations housing subs (he's not making them anymore) and others simply don't have rear fill speakers.

    Whatcha-got-goin?

Got rid of my 05 access cab and got an 08 reg cab so I don't have to deal with it. :D
