    Victory used to, not sure if they still do. I have one. You are better off just drilling through the roof for the install and use some rubber washers and sealant. AC doesn't have the threaded holes, and when I tried to install the weld nuts, it didn't turn out very good bc of how thin the metal was in the roof.
