Access Cab Sticker by Latch?

    Just noticed this tonight. There seems to be a little sticker by the lower between door latch on my access cab, however it seems to have been painted?

    How 'bout you other access cab owners? Is yours the same? If not, what does it say?

    Interesting... I wonder what it is all about? Probably changes colors when you Off Road so Toyota can void the warranty, or something like that. Kinda like the color change label in cell phones for when they get wet. :rofl:

    Not really sure what it's for. I thought it was left over from the when they prep the truck for shipping and the dealer forgot to take it off. I had a clear one and I took it off one day when I was washing the truck.

    I had that on my 2017 SR ac. I though it might be additional paint protection at the point where the two doors meet, in case of a misaligned door rubbing?

    Those were on my 2nd Gens too, I believe they are there for paint protection.
