access cab

I got the TRD OR access cab a month ago.It was the only 2016 white trd I could find and I could have gone either way but the 6-2 bed is great for my band equipment and tools for carpenter work.I stuck my old bed extender up by the cab and installed an Extang Encore bed cover that gives me access to that section and looks like the oem cover. I want the TRD Pro grill but I don't think Santa going to spend the 419. That vidio with the white TRD Pro in the Antartic really got me wanting a Tacoma.My complaints are, not getting the 23 mpg hwy,always sounds like a window is open,a sagging left rear spring,the exhaust sounds like a 4 cyl with a hole in it, and the charcoal interior gets scuffed if you look at it wrong.Other than that, I really like the truck and hope they will replace the spring.Now that I have an access cab, I think the crew cab looks better and as you can tell, I'm one of those people that is never happy with what I buy.

 

AC looks better, just keep telling yourself that, after 21 days it becomes a habit and you should be convinced of it. Enjoy your truck. I love my AC OR, it's a fun ride.

AC looks best, is fun to drive and nobody wants to group pile into my truck, lol. If you tow much, you can tow more than the dcsb version too. You have a nice ride, enjoy it fully!

 

Access Cab superior in looks and functionality. Double cabs are for pussy whipped faggets.

I love my access cab and the 6'2" bed .. but i wouldn't say what the guy above did lots of people like the double cabs and it's a personal preference
