I need some help in deciding if i should get and 2nd gen or 3rd access cab 4x4 i am wanting to do 3in to 6 in lift winch bumper etc

Test drive a 3rd gen, see if you like the engine and tranny first. That will pretty much make up your mind. The two gens have different setup, so pick which one you like best, then have fun!
