Hi new member here just bought a 06 access cab that has the passenger access door with damage found a replacement at the salvage yard but it’s the wrong color red Toyota had two red colors that year so I am going to paint at least the outside of the new door. Has anyone taken the glass out of one of those without breaking it as it is glued in or should I just take it to an auto glass shop and see what they say. Thanks for any help

    Hey there Ken.
    Welcome to TW.
It’s glued in, but it is removable.

Hey thanks for that I was looking for a YouTube vid but did not see anything, just trying to keep costs down as I feel like I am spending to much on this already. The truck is far from perfect but replacing that damaged door will make me feel better.

Yes thinking about it I have seen good results with rattle can base coat and the new 2k clear coat in a can.The overall paint on this truck is not great.
