My passenger side access door wont open. Somehow the linkage to the handle came apart inside the door, and now the handle just flops in the breeze.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Before I start digging and break something I figured I'd ask for advise.
    TIA

There is another thread about this but I don't have time to search for you right now.

The linkage is likely not broken. There is a wedge shaped locking lever between the doors ( on the access door below the striker plate ) that disengages the handle when the doors are all closed. It is stuck in. Look at the other side doors and you will see the wedge.

Hit it with your hand and it may pop out. Or remove it and get it loose.
