I have a 2016 tacoma sr5 thats bone stock. The plug in the windshield got pulled and I was repining it. When I did it the lights on the windshield mirror came back on and was working but a little while later the door locks, interior lights, and dash stopped lighting up when the door is open. When I start the truck everything turns on and functions fine but the key fob wont lock/unlock and the door panel wont lock/unlock without the car being on. I checked the fuses for the door locks and dome lights and they havent blown.

With the truck on and doors closed, will they light up when you turn the headlights on?
If not, Check the 5A Panel fuse.
If they do, we likely have an issue with the door open sense circuit.

everything works with the car on whether the door is open or not. It's just nothing works with the car off. Its like everything is running purely off ignition.
