Does anyone know where the stock switch's (i.e diff lock, rear outlet, fog lights) get their power for illumination when you turn on the lights? I was trying to find a wiring diagram online but wasn't able to find one, and while I could trace the cables the position of the switches makes it pretty hard to trace without removing half the dash. I ask because for some reason the switches do not illuminate when I turn on the lights(as they should), but my power window button does illuminate, and since the previous owner has been messing around with the cabin fuse box it wouldn't surprise me if he cut a cable or something along those lines.
Note: 2006 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 TRD-OffRoad (stick-shift if it matters)

The Inverter switch isn't illuminated, the others get Power from the Tail Fuse (10A) via the J2 Junction Connector on Pin 1 (Green) and Ground from the Rheostat via the J3 Junction Connector on Pin 2 (Green/White).

If you tail lights work your Tail fuse is good.

Does your other backlighting work on the HVAC controls and such?

Yes all my other backlights work with the exception of the rear differential lock, and the fog lights and not the rear power if it isn’t illuminated

Could just be burnt out bulbs, check voltage across Pin 1 (Green) and Pin 2 (Green/White) at the switches with the tail lights on.

You my friend are a genius. Measured 13.7 V across the two pins with the truck running and the lights on. Any good OEM quality replacement recommendations or shall I have to resort to eBay hunting?
Edit: Also found something interesting, when I first took off the Rear diff lock switch and reconnected it the light did illuminate for a second or so but then turned off. After trying to replicate what happened by unplugging it and replugging it I was unable to.
