I think I purchased your first disk. Other than the cool/cold weather upgrade - any reason I might need/want to update to your new design?

    No

All that was done is the center spike/nub was shortened slightly to make sure it isn't causing any cold weather issues. I don't have any sort of fancy software to determine the exact effect so I cannot say for sure it is effective. I only did it to ensure it wasn't a contributing factor

I’m interested in one of these. Link said they’re sold out. I found more on your store. Are those the same?

Aloha! Pretty sure I ended up buying a knock off ADD from ebay and not yours.
Clicked on the link you attached above and noticed there are 2 options.
Is your seller name on ebay (DBC Parts)? just so I know I am getting your original disk and not another knockoff.
    Thank you, James

Hey anyone did a video or have pictures of the installation? I’m super interested in doing this but want to make sure I’m not in over my mechanical skills. Will be doing it on a 3rd gen 6mt.

recently did mine maybe a month ago. pretty straight forward regarding removal of the accumulator. had to remove a few brackets and shields and i think it was a few of the top bolts of the accumulator itself that was a pita to get to but definitely doable with some patience and a few wtf’s. if you youtube or google the accumulator removal you should find step by steps of what you’re looking for, as that is what i did. also opted not to disconnect the drive shaft as i felt it wasn’t necessary. hopefully this helps. definitely a noticeable difference and wish i would’ve done this sooner. good luck!
