Throughout my order process, they have treated me with extreme respect, and the attention to detail is phenomenal. Quick turnaround and they really care about making sure what you order fits your requirements. I talked with two of their specialists on the phone before finalizing my order, and they steered me towards a setup that would work much better for my application. Not upselling - changing out parts to better fit my varying load requirements, instead of going with a static weight setup.

I had a last-minute weight adjustment request on part of my order that was ready for pickup, and they had that adjustment complete and ready for pickup in less than 4 hours. Not only are they delivering a quality product but the customer service is also top notch.

Their shop is surrounded by other offroad racing specialist shops, truly a mecca of offroading. I saw 3 trophy trucks being built as I drove up to their shop. This isn't just some shock reselling company, they eat and breathe offroad. I had my doubts about Accutune being special, this whole experience shattered that doubt. Accutune Rocks Hard.
