I’ve noticed some slight road sway. Tolerable but noticeable. What should I look for or a fix. Cost not a factor but 1st time forever fix preferable. Completely stock suspension.

Start with a trusted alignment shop.
A good shop will not do an alignment with warn suspension parts.
As you can NOT get a good alignment when parts are worn.

Ask your friends and family who they use an recommend.

As for parts. Bushings, Ball Joints and Tie Rods would be a place to look at first.
But an alignment shop will look at those before doing an alignment.

That old I will also say you may be feeling significant sway from the body mount bushings. I did mine at a little older than that and really couldn't believe the difference it made.

    'sway' is pretty vague

In addition to above items, tires and suspension are suspects for 'sway' in general

My 07 is low milage so the sway i felt wasn't from worn out components. After upgrading the suspension along with 10 ply e rated tires it tracks like a tank and feels solid.
