Didn't need to "build it", as Toyota already made it an OFF ROAD ready to go from the showroom floor to THIS:

All three Tacomas on the road to Mision Santa Maria, Baja California... The 2001 went in 2003, the 2005 went in 2007 and the 2010 went in 2010!

Besides steep, rocky grades... I also do a lot of four wheeling in deep sand... snow and mud sometimes, too!
