Just started catching up in this thread and I found this post! I've been on STT PRO's for 35K miles (so far) Had KM2's then Duratracs prior. (17th 4wd over 45-1/2 year span currently) If STT PRO's AREN'T M/T's I'm not sure what is....Best all around mud tire I've ever owned. We have gumbo clay and rocks here in Kentucky, with sand just to our north. STT's are excellent in mud, excellent on wet or dry rocks, pretty damn effective in sand, outstanding on wet or dry roads. I commute daily on 24+ miles of broom finish concrete interstate. STT's are wearing really good....About in line with the Duratracs, except much quieter and smoother. I went from load range C to load range E...Heavier sidewall allows slightly lower air pressure, which translates to equal ride. Normally, I run a tire for all it's worth, then switch to another brand just for something different. Next tires will be STT PRO's again. Wouldn't dream of parting with them.

I've never been a fan of plate bumpers, regardless of manufacture. Seriously if you saw the stuff I wrote in the past you would get it. Then Relentless came out with his new recessed fairlead design and changed some of the lines and it's the first time I actually loved a plate bumper. I asked him if he would make a couple additional design changes specifically for me and he said no problem. I was able to sell the Pelfrey that came on my truck when I bought it for a fair price to a local member. Relentless is only an hour from my house and Eric is one of my best friends, so it all made sense. I got the plate bumper I wanted and was able to help a fellow local member out with my old bumper.

The relentless is def the cleanest one I’ve seen. Everyone has the pelfrey. Go with the relentless Bumper.

If you don't mind me asking, what were the additional design changes you got on the Relentless bumper?

Both bumpers are great additions and both vendors do top notch work. It really comes down to personal preferences, lighting decisions, and your timeline.

If I said it on an open forum then everyone would do it. I'm a selfish prick. :boink:

You'd also have to figure shipping into the bottom line, which isn't cheap. He's an hour from Relentless, you're an hour or so from Pelfrey...

Shit day in general for me. Work was a complete cluster fuck. Then UPS delivers a package and just says "sorry" and drives off. Lovely. I loathe all shipping companies during the holidays...bastards. At first I'm pissed. Like how much shit fell out?

    IMG_3915.jpg

So I start opening...or should I say continue opening. Hmmm. Looks promising.

    IMG_3920.jpg

    Ohhhhhhh. BAMF goodies from @JLee!!!!

    IMG_3921.jpg

    Wait...wtf is that?

    IMG_3922.jpg

Well alright then! Now we're going places. Hmmmmmmm......

Well it's settled. Beefy AF shackle hangers and @JLee is quite the PiCOCKso. Total package. Pun intended.
