Leaf spring poly bushings with one side shortened slightly.
And yes, they will fit in an OEM hanger.

It's based of the U402 but beefed up to handle 1300 lbs over stock

Good to know. If I make the DV trip in a few weeks, I figure I'd go weigh the truck loaded and give those numbers to Matt at mcm / deaver and see what they suggest.

Thanks. By which, I meant brand. Energy? Or Whiteside, or ???? I'm trying to decide on a set for my Dakar setup. Might just get the OME SB108s, but considering other options, like a graphite-impregnated style, too.

Ahh. I've got a handful of them in my garage. I think half are Energy Suspension and the other half are whatever RuffStuff sells.

Still working on my new place, but I ether want to demo the existing detached garage and rebuild a new 3-bay with apartment on top, or move. Again.

This is from a couple years ago, and it's gotten more crowded. This is without the trailer I move into the alley when working. and you can't see all the shit up in the trusses. Or the shed. :anonymous:

Are you going to sleeve into the cross brace bracket? I know the sleeve is there to do so but I don't think I have seen anyone actually do it that way.

Edit. Nvmd. Just found some pictures of an LT kit with it set up that way. Carry on.

Very nice. I'm not sure how much my aal added to the pack but I've had at least 700lbs in the bed and a loaded trailer with uptravel still.

As my truck sits right now with no camp gear, the rear axle has almost 1100 lbs more than stock.

Oops. I forgot he added the rack and rtt.

Also those rear tires will add weight to the scale... but not weight that the leafs have to deal with.

    ^What he said.
High lift, shovel, maul, two yellow top Optimas, bed rack, RTT, bumper with swingout and a 35 hanging off the back, and steel Pelfrey gas tank skid. Not to mention all the shit on the roof which splits the weight across front and rear. Little shit adds up too. ARB air locker, compressor, air tank, rear diff skid, sliders, bellypan.....
