Lol. I was thinking this reminded me of my build and then I saw the math...(and nice welds).
Might have had something to do with why I had to cut and reweld a few times haha. My math still sucks but the welds got better.

Clear as mud. With all the math you've done, I would assume when you cycle again with bypasses, they wont be to far off where you need to be. Looking forward to see the final numbers and results. :)

Does the block you put under the main leaf have to be the exact thickness off the remaining leaf pack? Otherwise it would mess up the bump position right ?

Correct. All my leafs except the main leaf is 3". A 2x3 rectangle tube worked perfectly.

It's a little bit comforting to hear that others get snow that time of year too.

Upper and lower mounts set in final location. Final travel numbers bump to strap is 12.75 with less than 10* shock angle. Actually started painting stuff today.
However, I ran out of mig gas and fucked up one of the u-bolts, so won't be able to finish for a couple days. The u-bolts is probably a blessing in disguise. Or so I'm telling myself.
Had to cycle 3 times to get it where I wanted it, but I'm really pleased with the final result. Oh and the short list of to-do items at the bottom.

If you want to donate a set of kings. Sure.
But bumps are bumps. Different piston and all of them are emulsion. It's all about nitrogen pressure with bumps.
