The length from the outside edges of the furthest bars if that makes sense? Just trying to figure out the total length of it. I have the long bed and a tool box up front that I would like to keep since its my locking storage area for my recovery gear and other stuff, AC problems. Also from the bed rail to the top of the rack? Just trying to compare it to his cross bars. I like the look of yours better as well as its probably stronger.

I didn't realize that @Mademan925 has a different variant of it. Maybe he can chime in.

I can get you the outside edge measurement of the forward and rearward edges tomorrow. My tundra crew max rack will fit a long bed Tacoma just fine. With the short bed I have one bolt on each side that doesn't fit inside the bed rail channels (out of 6 per side). I can get you some close up shots and measurements once my jet lag wears off.

As for bed rack height, @RelentlessFab offers three different leg heights to accommodate market needs. I have the middle tier height. The mid height is lower than the cab, but with a RTT the top of the RTT is ever so slightly higher than the cab. Eric offers shorter legs (the one that @Mademan925 used to have prior to Expo 2017), as well as a taller one (IIRC it's 7 inches taller than the mid tier which would put the top of the rack almost level with the roof line).

As I said before, just let me know exactly what measurements you are looking for and I can use my non-kibbe tape measure for prosperity.

That would be great, I haven't had a chance to see one in person. The mid height is perfect then, allows for the most bed space while not having the tent be completely above the cab of the truck.

Sup Jason - what's your opinion on cutting off a set of sliders and burning back on a new set? Is it ill-advised /does it weaken the frame a lot?

    Shock relocation done right.
Had some time to finish it all up. Fully welded, gussets done, and all the little shit.

Back on all four but ran out of time for a test drive. Should be able to tomorrow.

Bypass zones are standard. But I have a welded rod end (instead of threaded) so the lower shock mounts don't hang down past the axle. Also had the resi tubes clocked to tuck the tubes away from the tire when flexing. I've got just shy of 7/16" between the tire and one of the bypass tubes at full flex.

No flutter. Bypasses for zone sensitive damping.
