Rid yourself of that dweeb. Guaranteed he'll try to cut you off at he ankles. That frame is in outstanding condition for a 10yr old truck. Let alone, used Tacoma's are at an all-time high right now. If he calls back, bump it up a couple of grand, just for your trouble...

Not sure what people are expecting for a 10 year old truck.

 

One time I went to look at a used riding mower. I made an appointment to see it about 3 days before I went. When I got there it was under tarp, hadnt been run for about 6 months (he inherited a new one when a family member passed). It was dirty, one tire was low, and the battery was just about dead. I walked. It was most likely a perfect used mower, but I had to question the normal maintenance (in my mind) if he didnt even have the decency to clean it up and have it ready to test. Just a thought.
Clean it up, get some good pics that you have on hand for interested parties.

 

You’re right. Like I said I was half heartedly trying to sell it before. I think deep down I want to keep it even though it never gets used.

pressure wash it and then spray all the crevasses and joints with lanolin oil, just for the heck of it.

 

some people don't have the time or the care to try and get top dollar. those are the people i look for when i go to flip equipment.
