Adarac Pro Series w/ Access Tonneau

I just purchased a 2021 SR5 w/ the 6ft bed. It's my first pickup and I've waited many years for it. I'm trying to get both a bed rack (for kayaks/canoes/lumber) as well as a tonneau cover for general security and weather. Speaking with the folks at Adarac, they said that the Pro Series and the Access original roll up tonneau are compatible. Seems great - my concern is that it seems that for this to work, I need to drill several holes down through the plastic and metal and use some self-threading bolts.

Does have any experience with this, or have any alternative solutions?
