Used oil I can dump at mechanic. No gas.

It’s done deal so we see what happens. Should burn off fine in full tank w/seafoam

I was gonna suggest storing it in a different container and mixing it in with the used oil in relatively small amounts until it’s gone. I agree it’s shouldn’t be dumped into the ground.

They shouldnt. You might find one ignorant enough to accept it though. In our lab, waste oils fall under an entirely different disposal category than other solvents. Sometimes we can reclassify it as solid waste if we mix it with enough sepiolite clay.

Probably gotta take it to a hazardous waste place. or just put in like half a gallon every time you fill up for 4 fills and use premium and id imagine you're fine.

Crossthreaded vent cap. That’s probably why there was only 2 gallons in a 5 gallon can. LOL

lol. No doubt. They a rare find here. I know you can drill them but still prefer the OEM.

Metal got nothing but excess weight on these for what I use them for.

Mix the gas with some oil and pour into the used oil container. After 10 years, most of the volatile compounds have long evaporated so the gas should not be a hazard to the used oil transporters. They generally pick up in very large vats and/or in 55 gal drums. All used oil can be expected to have some gas in it anyway so your 2 gal will make little difference.
You could also add some to diesel fuel and burn it in a diesel engine. It will most likely be fine for an oil burner engine

We'd take it. The waste oil heater burns damn near everything, even brake fluid.

Except coolant.. it doesnt burn coolant.

For some reason my guys need to have that explained from time to time :cookiemonster:
