    OP, I recently installed the Torch AAL you are asking about. I recommend it! My previous Tacoma I had the headstrong AAL and it’s hard to tell the difference.

    Also, I am still using the original U bolts

    Thanks Road Warrior. I've decided to leave thing alone for now. The only negative for me is that the rear end sits a little lower than it did before. However, the extra weight has improved the ride. I don't get any roll on curves, but the rear end seems to soak up the bumps a little better.
    If I decide to do anything in the future, I think it will be to add a lift block just to raise the rear end some. I don't think I want to stiffen the ride with another spring.
    If things change, I will update this thread.

    Thanks for the info!

    My cap is still a few months away from completion but when it’s done I’ll put some pics up on my build thread so you can see how the truck sits with the bed cap and just the rear block kit.

    I installed the torch add a leaf on my 2017 about 60,000 miles ago. Completely happy with them.
