    Amazon has mictuning switches that size, that's where I got mine.

    Possibly you are not using dimmer ground and your LEDs are seeing too much voltage.

    Yes, but unless you get one of @mesojdm extended fuse covers you can't put the cover on is all, it doesn't hurt anything.

    Yes, that exactly what I used. You can't get the cover back on with that though unless you buy the extended cover from one of the members on this forum. But you wont even notice that it's off unless you cram your head down under the dash so I don't mind it.
