And where are you wanting to add these, and what purpose do you envision for them?

Using D rings like at the back of the bed, but under the front bed bolts are a reasonable heavy duty solution.

Use the bolts securing the bed to the frame for more bed D-rings. On my “necessary” list.

    Exactly.
A more detailed explanation of your intended use will get you better responses.

Just (if necessary) aft and fore points for being pulled out of trouble or pulling another vehicle out of a fix. Use, old guy who travels backroads solo mostly .Not into boulder drawing etc.

EDIT: I see your talking about recovery points, anchor points are for holding things down, recovery are for pulling you out.

If you have a trailer/tow hitch you can get a tow receiver hitch with D-ring (~$50).

For the front you can get a bolt on D-ring that bolts the under the front passenger side (~$75-100).

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.
If this is your intended use of your truck, then an anchor is probably appropriate.

ARB makes a very stout front recovery point for the Tacoma. I had the Apex Overland recovery points on my 4Runner, I wish they made something for the Tacoma too.
