I have the MPOW. 15 bucks and works perfectly with long battery life.

I just leave it plugged in and in the cubby behind the cup holders on my 2011 dcsb. I thought about a little velcro to the dash which would be super slick!

I've been running this for a couple of years now. Granted I got it when it was something like 10$. There are some wires, but no battery replacement/charging, and I've run the cords out of the way. I set the control/mic right on top of my steering wheel. Worked well for a couple of years. $ well spent. (No JBL in mine)

*Edit - Just found this....might be the one I have. No idea if there's a difference.

I have AM/FM/6 CD/AUX/USB/IPOD/Bluetooth capable base model black face/silver button oem HU. I added the Rostra Bluetooth that plugs inline into stereo harness, has button that fit in left switch bank and microphone cable long enough to reach top center headliner above rr view mirror. Easy to answer calls and plays whatever off the cell fon thru the stereo. Works great and has for long time. Also have Grom audio usb/aux/iphone wired input connections that runs off cd1 on back of oem HU. I like the undercoverness of the setup and the undesirableness of the oem stereo to others & I'm past caring about any loud blaring deafening car audio so it works out for me.

Use the MPOW in my MG Midget that has no bluetooth and it works great. Well worth the $15.00 for it. Let's me listen to music on my iphone while I drive.

I've been thinking about where to install my mic for my new stereo (A-pillar, overhead, visor, etc.) I don't know why I didn't think of this, and now I feel like an idiot lol

Could someone please specify what kind of "MPOW" is being referenced on this thread?

Bluetooth receiver that can be plugged into the Aux input on your radio. You can then play your phone audio thru your radio with no cables.

This is a pretty old thread so there are some better ones out there now. That said I used the wired mpow in my car and the soundbot wired in my wife’s car. They look like this.
