Not sure why that is funny ... and also not sure why the vendor got banned. That is BAM Wholesale and is well known for being a decent place to buy Toyota parts from. Not sure why the URL strips out their name.

But, in any case, the goal is to be helpful to the OP who might find these useful. Here is a link to the Toyota ones on Amazon:
    https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Toyo...s=tacoma+bed+tie+downs&qid=1614213424&sr=8-32

They are pricey but there are also generic ones that appear to be exactly the same for much less:
    https://www.amazon.com/GeepKey-Repl...ds=tacoma+bed+tie+downs&qid=1614213566&sr=8-3

I have found these very useful. To the OP, they slide into your side rails so they may not get you close enough to the tailgate for what you are trying to do. But useful nonetheless.

Had the same issue. I just drilled it out until the bolts fit.

Actually if you look at the Amazon description, the seller states that you have to drill the holes to 1/2” to accommodate the Toyota bed bolts.

Thanks for pointing out the description. I missed that. I found another seller that advertise the hole to be 15/32 instead of the 13/32 - may require less drilling.

Search "JCHL Cargo Tie-Down Anchors, 4PCS 2" Black Steel V-Ring Bolt"
