Is it possible to add a factory roof rack to a 07 SR5 TRD TACO? Maybe the holes are already in place under the plastic trim piece?

Yes you can add it on after the fact. I did. It's actually pretty easy all things considered.

    What Mods!
If you have the double cab yes right under the plastic trim you will see the bolts or where they would go pretty easy.

You dont even need a new trim piece. The molding is part of the rack. Super Easy.

all you need to order is the roof rack.

everything below is in the instructions.
quick run down to ease your minds.
1- remove the existing rubber molding. underneath is the prefabbed holes which you simply cut off the tape that covers them.
2- mount a metal bracket to the roof using the front holes.
3- attach the actual plastic roof rack to the roof and screw it down.
4- the roof rack is designed for the channel and includes the molding on the ends to finish off the channels. it is all one piece. you'll see when you get em.

    i ordered mine from trdparts4u.com
they are cheapest for me with shipping.
    hope this helps
