I want to add another factory switch next to the exsisting fog light switch in my 09 DCSB. When I drop the lower dash panel there's a plastic "tray" under the row of top swithes blocking my acess to them. Any help in how to get it out or work around is appreciated

Skinny fingers is the only way to get around that plastic shelf. It is a PITA but I have not found a good way around it. If you pop out the change tray, you can usually fish your hand or some wires up from there.
