I have a 2014 Tacoma and I'm looking to add more power, spacifically for towing, I have a new camper and it pulls it alright but it could be better. I was going to start with an intake and exhaust and later upgrading my transmission and rears. Any opinions on what's best?

Supercharger is the best bang for your buck (but they are expensive $$$). Like mentioned above, headers, intakes and exhaust will do very little compared to what you'll spend. A supercharger is expensive but you will get a very, very noticeable gain in HP for the cost.

That said, TRD no longer makes superchargers for Toyota, but I believe the company Magnunson produces them now.

Instead of spending a lot of money on mods they a second buyer may walk away from, I would sell the truck and buy something that can pull the load.

Ouch! But sometimes the truth hurts. I have the Supercharger it does make a big difference- everything else you do will be small improvements. In contrast to my S/C Tacoma- My wifes F150 ecoboost will out pull me, has more cargo and interior room, and gets better gas mileage. My advantages, I can make u turns and park where she cant and beat that truck off the line. :) all that to say to take a step back and look at the options before proceeding- sometimes a different truck is really the best solution.
