Adding side mirror blinker/marker lights

    12v always on power point mod, tailgate anti-theft, Addl bed tiedowns, flyzeye dash lights, map lites with dome lite mod, bed stiffeners, air bags, brake controller, always on fog lights,
    Anyone have any good ideas on adding amber blinker/marker lights on the side view mirrors? Was thinking about using LEDs and tying in to the wiring harness in the engine compartment. Thoughts?

    I think those MUTH mirrors are exactly what I was looking for. The heaters are a bonus! Really need them here in Puget Sound. Thanks for the info, DR. Might look into the 4runner mirrors, too.
