    Not sure if the OP might be still reading these replies years later? Thank you so much for the idea! Recently bought a 2010 Tacoma, knew nothing of removable tie-downs; soon found out they were missing and expensive. Got the exact parts needed at Lowe's (except no j-bolts so used eyes instead) and used steel, nylon and rubber washer. Works great and saved some real money.
