I installed a rollbak toneau cover. The original tie down cleats had to be removed. I need info. adding extra D rings. Any suggestions?

You can take out an existing bolt and install a d-ring. Some modification to the bolt will need to be done. Minor. Nothing a dremel can't fix.

I was about to add four d-rings to my bed at the bolts on the floor when I started reading the instructions which came with them. The d-rings were purchased from a Toyota dealer. I have attached a copy of the instructions. Let me hear some feedback. I like placement of these d-rinds but would like to hear of it would compromise the structural rigidity of the bed where these will be attached.
    Thanks
    RC
