Mine is still gone too. Sucks being down to one vehicle and having to take my wife to work. Makes me miss driving my truck

    Fenders and bedsides on.

I'm going to have to do something with that fuel filler and the front fenders where they meet the bumper.

So the only thing I really did for paint is predrill all of the holes.

There was only spot where I had to cut. Both sides but it was hidden. Other than that they were 100% bolt on.

    Very good quality.

dumb question but how did you remove them? I've never done any "auto body" besides my fender chop haha

It's kind of hard with the bed on. I put maybe half the bolts back in the front.

Each has 5-6 bolts on the front behind the cab. Then you remove the side rails. Then the two brackets near the wheel arch. Tail lights off. There's a bunch of bolts behind that. The biggest pain was removing the self lowering tail gate thing.

But start to finish on the bedsides including removal and reinstall was about 3-4 hours maybe.

I'm also surprised they haven't made a piece for the front fender to blend with the upper bumper piece

I have my left over front bumper parts from my bumper install we could possibly cut it up and use parts of it to fiberglass/reattach parts to fill the gap on the front fender area... it was going in the trash anyways so if you want it its yours!

also true... he could always go the CBI T3 front bumper route and have Nathan and the guys modify the front bumper for a perfect fit... they did that for my front T3 so it would pair up with the bushwacker flares I have... came out amazing I might add!

I should have done that too since I chopped my fenders and how I have 2in of excess bumper. I'll do it myself eventually but it doesn't rub so it doesn't bother me.

Sorry @erok81 for highjacking your thread. But how much longer you have out there? That's going to be sweet. I'm making my own bedrack right now but since I'm waiting on a few parts and my truck to be back from getting 488's I'm stuck.

Damn lol. I remember 3 years ago when I was deployed and counting the months, seems like forever! I move in 2 weeks but wanted to get it done by a reputable and cost efficient shop before I move. Not sure what is out in Montana.

yeah this is my 5th and final one thank god! I don't think the family could make it through another one... I've had over 3 years away from the family since ive been in totaling from deployments and TDY's... its a shitty thing to do to a family but I promised this would be my last and final... then next summer back to upstate new York where i'll be much happier and enjoy the Adirondacks for adventures :)

That will be good. Have to give back to the family cuz after the AF that's all you'll have. I have only 1 deployment but in the past 3 years ive been on at least 50 tdy's so it will be good to have a normal shift schedule again for the wife.
