@Coot83 here you go. One side on. I effed up the other side though. I'll probably peel both sides and call it good.

So the idea is all yours now.

That's awesome! Just have him make you a new one for the side you messed up and fix it. Looks good

I messaged him to grab another. Just kind of pissed I messed it up. It shipped right as I was sticking it and I tried to fix it.

It is very hard to get those straight. Since my bedsides aren't flat there isn't anything to measure off of. I did the driver side with a level and just eyeballed it. Then the passenger I tried to line it up exactly like the other side. I had masking tape lines everywhere. That's my problem. You can't see both at the same time. So as long as they are straight and close to the same that's good enough. Lesson learned.

Bummer on the slip, but yea man I remember applying decals to my first gen that had glass bedsides and you have to just get a feel and go for it. I plan to just soak the crap out of mine until I'm really ready to squeegee it on. I like how low key yours is. Speaking of which I need to get up with him and get mine ordered!

If any of you are thinking about this third gen tune, I'd strongly suggest waiting until he fixes the process. The way it's done now is kind of a mess. Last message I got from him said he's going to revamp it.

I've tuned a few vehicles in my past and this has definitely been the biggest hassle.

How's the tune itself? I've read a lot of good stuff but doenst mean anything to me since we have such different builds compared ti everyone on 285s

Hell if I know. I'm still waiting for him to reply to my emails. Even just a response saying he got it would be nice.

Here's what I have left before I can tune...

I emailed him some dongle code. Then he replies with another code. I use that to register pcm flash. Then I read my ecu and email that to him. Then he replies with the tune and I'm good to go.

I'm not expecting to have it done for a couple more weeks based on what I've read (and his email replies so far) on the forum.

I will say this though...I ordered at the wrong time. He left for business for a week right in the middle of my tuning. So that adds to my delay.

But...he just sent all the info so I'll read it off tonight and be closer! The stage I just passed apparently has the greatest delay.

Nevermind. I have no idea what's going on now. I feel like he forgot what my initial problem was.

Or I'm stupid. Which is very probable.
