Well. It’s either bumpstops or bypasses. Both won’t fit unless I notch my frame which I’m not doing.

Stay tuned. King bumps for sale. :pout:

Scratch that. If I cut off my limit straps and move them behind the bypass then the I can fit bumps.

Does my 90’s brain translate that to cool or does my old brain translate to tight fit.

Also who said you can tuck 37’s. Shock bottoms out before tire hits anything.

With that said. I’m not sure I need bumpstops and can just use the bypass. I’ll put ‘em in anyway.

I have been told "Don't put it on any part of the arm other than where the bump pad is" because you will damage the arm over time

I was going to add another pad in that area. But I don’t know what’s inside the arm there. :notsure:

And it’s either there or I don’t run bumpstops at all. There is no chance they are fitting behind the bypass. And I’m not cutting a hole in frame right there.

It astonishes me that everyone else on LT can fit bumps but your kit says "NO SOUP FOR YOU"
    That stinks man :(

Its the dirt king hoops. No one else you’ve seen post have them. I have the very first set ever made. I think it’s because they tuck the shock pretty much parallel to the coilover.

I know you probably think I’m stupid because I can’t fit them. If you want I can take a pic. I can’t even get half the bumpstop can past the bottom of the frame before it hits the shocks.

Meaning if it tuck them up until they are hitting the bypass I’ll lose 3-4 inches of up travel.

A few beers later a decision has been made.

Bumpstops are going on. In the new spot. I don’t drive hard enough but really want the safety of a stop. I figure between the cusion of the bypass and the hydro bump the arm
    Will survive.

Just don’t post it in the LT section.

    Bro I don't think you're stupid
I know you know what you're doing, I just think it sucks that they have made it this hard for you to run it how you want it.

Btw when you drive hard or steer hard does your abs kick in?

Yeah I don’t know if they did these right. Other kits you can keep the stock bumps even. Who knows. I don’t design suspensions so maybe the bypass solo is fine. Just makes me nervous.

And yep! In fact there is one part of my occasional commute where it does it every time. Turning right into a parking lot and on the gas it’ll activate every single time.

Dude it's been making me chase gremlins for almost a month before I finally caught the light activate on my dash and realized that's what it was.
Between you, me and @ShadowRunner we need to figure out how to make it stop or make toyota help us haha
