    Ended up ordering some new coils. That bumper dropped the front enough I'll need them.

    Here we go. I think I like this better. Just a mock up. The remaining two lights I'll try to cram into the stock fog location. Or maybe ditch lights or something?

    nah I wouldn't do ditch lights. IMHO ditch lights never look good. Maybe use them as dust lights? or reverse lights? I can't remember if you have that or not

    Hmm here is my personal opinion. I think they look aetheticslly pleasing either way, but if you keep the snorkel then I like them on your bumper partly because it is a unique look. However, if the snorkel gets pulled then I think I like them on the roof better as that'll be the only focal point higher up. Either way, they will perform better up top...But perhaps try them on the bumper and see how they work for you. Idk if they'll fit in those fog locations and I think they'd look good as ditch lights. Not only is that a very classic look, but one that is becoming very popular again. At the end of the days it's all personal preference, look wise. You think the truck looks ugly the other way, but I bet a lot of people (myself included) would disagree.

    But that bumper really doesn't have fog light mounts? I mean it would be hard to fab some on, but I'm really surprised. I wonder if they just got skipped accidentally? EDIT: their website says it has mounts for 4" fog lights.....Sounds like yours didn't get welded on (or however they'd be attached in manufacturing)

    @jluu44 @90yota

    Update from All Pro on the issues I had.

    I emailed Tracy with all of the issues I had and she forwarded it to John (the owner) who called me about it. Just as I thought, I got the first one :)cool:) and it wasn't built on a jig. That's why I had the fitment issues I did. All of the other complaints/problems I had (along with a few other things) are being rolled out to all of the new ones that are being built - aka all of them - which will be built on a jig.

    I didn't mind any of the issues I had since I knew I was getting the first one. The only reason I emailed them is to improve future product. So never once was I pissed or anything. He offered to send me a new updated bumper at no cost to replace my one off. That's excellent customer service. I declined since I like the one I have and it's all fixed up and installed.

    Hoops should be being built in the next weeks. So watch for those on my truck too. :benchpress:

    The one thing that probably won't change is the winch solenoid thing since they sell Warn (yeah yeah 90yota) they can only predict where to put the solenoid on that type. So anyone using smittybilt will have to do what I did.

    I agree. I think if I didn't have the snorkel it would look better. I'll miss having the light output from the roof. So we'll see how it all works on the bumper. I mocked it up last night and with some cutting I think I can fit the KC's in the bumper holes. And yep, I got a special bumper that was missing a couple things. Turned out good since I'd probably have to cut them off to fit the KC's. ;)

    I really wish I could take decent photos with my phone. Apparently the camera whiz banger is loose in my phone (common problem in iPhone six plus) so all I can do is take blurry pics. Unless I'm grabbing my gold camera everytime, this build thread might be over until I get a new phone.

    It took me fifteen photos to get one this clear. I added a blue sea battery switch to the positive cable of the winch. It sits right in front of the grill and behind the newly moved lights.

    I take it they did not fit in the stock foglight opening?

    They did, but mine didn't have brackets (others should have brackets). I have two left over KC lights that I'm going to try to fit in that first spot with the hole and then the stock fog further outboard. Or just the stock fogs and not use the two KC lights. They are kind of pricey so I want to use them somehow. I thought about reverse, but I don't want to run more wires.

    Gotcha gotcha. what is the beam pattern? is it something you could change out? I guess you could hide them in the grille somewhere but it's already pretty cramped in there.

    I think they are spot. But I can't remember. They are just barely too big so they'll have to sit out a little from the bumper. The stock fogs I have an easy solution. I might mock them up tonight and see what it looks like. I'd end up losing a lot of that aluminum plate on the side things if I do run both lights.
