I’m looking to get adjustable scene pods/flood lights to add to the roof rack with low profile mounts. I’m thoroughly overwhelmed by all the websites and mounting options. Any recommendations?

I’d like to use them as ditch lights while driving then adjust them to scene lights once stopped.

What is the best way to wire these to the battery?

I'd be curious to see what products meet these specifications. I'm only aware of fixed-mount options that point perpendicularly from the longitudinal axis of the truck. Depending on your rack, you could get fancy with 3d printed mounts. I designed my own but they're still fixed perpendicularly.

As for wiring, there's many ways you can go about it, but the smartest way, I'd argue, is to build/buy an auxiliary fuse panel. That mounts in the engine bay (typically), connects to the battery, and you can connect a number of accessories to the panel. Neater, cleaner, funner.
