I just installed new Morimoto XB LED housings and I have them adjusted fairly well. I started with the standard 25' adjustment on level ground, drove a bit readjusted. I have the height pretty dialed in. I pulled the truck in a dark warehouse and ran (2) 100' tapes parellel to the truck. The cutoff fall on the ground at about 125'

Ive read lots of opinions on this, but my question is regarding the left right adjustments. At distance should the cutoff patterns blend to a single point? Should they blend at all? Some say yes, some say no. Should the center of the cutoff be center on the housing at distance or slightly taper in? Thanks for any advice on the lateral adjusting.

The top cutoff lines should be level with each other. My XB are about a year old and do NOT have left/right adjustments on them (only up and down). I believe only the early XBs had the left right.
Also, please read your instructions, if you adjustment them too high or low, you will ruin them and never be able to adjust them again...there is a warning in the instructions.

You should have marked your OEM headlights on a wall and then matched them up when you installed the XBs. If you aren't getting flashed now, bring up the lower one to match the higher one. THen you can also aim your fogs up to match these if you light (which is what I did)
That left light cutoff is a little crooked (its not the way it is mounted), so my top cutoff are not perfectly even like yours. My hot spot on the right is significantly smaller than the left. I was very disappointed in the quality of these morimotos for the price I paid.
I don't have a level driveway, so this is parking reversed aiming at the street

    No fogs
