Looking To see if anyone has had this issue and a fix I’m trying to make my moab 2.0 front bumper more flush with the fenders and grill cause right now there a bit of a gap.

Doesn't look to bad to me. You want a bit of gap due to body flex. Otherwise, the bumper will rub on the fenders.

I think you could could tighten up a bit. Put some Playdoh at the corners (end of the bumper by the fender, middle of the bumper at the end of the head light, and on the inner corner of the headlight/chrome bezel by the grille) between the bumper and the body of the truck in those spots. Go out and flex the truck on some rocks or berms on both sides. You'll know from there how much room you've got to tighten up. When it comes time to do so, support the bumper on both sides. I use my hi-lift jack on one side and a floor jack and blocks on the other. Just loosen the bolts enough on each side so you can adjust the bumpers height with the jacks. Once you've got it, tighten it back up and take it out (with or without the Playdoh in place) and flex it out again making sure nothing is interfering. Good luck!

Or just rattle can the gap black and call it a day. Youll want that gap for body flex :muscleflexing:
