Not sure if this is in the right place. This is my first post so I apologize if so. I just installed an eibach pro lift stage 1 on my 2015 trd pro. It was set at the factory notch giving me roughly 2.5” of lift.I then added an N-fab front bumper weighing it down a bit, so I’d like to raise the coils to the next notch. Is it possible to do this while keeping it on the vehicle? Using a spring compressor or another trick? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure how you'd get to the notch ring safely with the shock inside the coil spring. Removing the preload with a spring compressor can be done and I've heard people doing with floor jack even, but there is no way I would put my fingers or hand tools anywhere near a compressed coil unless its in a press. Initial install is a different story, and can be done safely. It's not worth losing a finger or hand over. Call around and find someone with a press, and even take them out yourself to save some bucks, but IMO it's a Darwin award move to try to compress them and work on them while installed. Others may have had better luck.
